Farrah Fawcett fights on

Farrah Fawcett has been fighting anal cancer since 2006 and and the cancer has now spread to her liver. Anal cancer is a rare form of cancer. She has brought attention to this disease  by creating a documentary chronicling her fight, titled “Farrah’s Story”. The documentary that aired on NBC reached nearly 9 million viewers.

The former “Charlie’s Angels” star had been traveling to Germany in order to receive controversial stem cell treatments not available in the United States.

According to her personal blog site www.farrahfawcett.us, “Farrah is fighting the fight” and is still visiting with friends and loved ones. Her blog disputes all reports that she is now so weak that she is no longer eating, her blog describes a June 3rd meal as a steak from the Palms restaurant. This entry certainly dispels rumors that Ms. Fawcett is now completely bedridden and taking nourishment from an IV drip.

There have been indications that Farrah Fawcett and her companion, actor Ryan O’Neal are considering marriage at this time. Published quotes from a friend of the couple’s, Joan Dangerfield, have reveled that the couple discussed the possibility of marriage while in Germany.

   when my sis was in last stages of cancer she was on a drip to keep her hydrated but no food as she was terminal,, why feed her and prolong agony..
